Patrick ’61 and Marcelle Leahy Institute for the Environment
The Institute for the Environment hosts a variety of resources that are available for use to integrate environmental concepts and learning into YOUR classes. Here are a few!

• The Community Guide to Using the Outdoor & Living Classrooms: Use this document to find examples of past classes and visits to our Outdoor & Living Classrooms, as well as a comprehensive inventory list of physical tools and resources available, such as shovels, StoryWalk materials, wheelbarrows, etc.
• The Project & Classroom Request Form: Want to use one of our Outdoor & Living Classrooms, or have an idea for a longer-term, more in-depth project with the Institute? Fill out this form with any details you currently have to request the project!
• Stories of Teaching & Learning: Read the Institute’s monthly blog to get inspiration from faculty and staff who are heading out into the field to our Outdoor & Living Classrooms to engage students and the community, or using the Insitute’s many resources to increase connection, relevance, and purpose.
