Born and raised in Granby, Taylor graduated in 2008 from Granby Memorial High School. He then went on to receive his bachelor’s in business administration from Saint Michael’s. Growing up in Granby, Taylor umpired soccer for the Rovers, and was a lifeguard at Salmon Brook Park. A kind and caring person, Taylor always had a great sense of humor, and was an avid animal lover — especially his four cats.
Taylor loved the outdoors – hiking, snowmobiling, skiing, skating, surfing, and riding his ATV. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle on the country roads. Taylor took great pleasure spending time with his family and friends on Long Island, where he would go to the beach. He enjoyed golfing with his friends and was on the high school golf team. He also enjoyed playing the drums from a young age and was passionate about music, particularly enjoying Phish concerts with his brother and friends.
