Joseph W. Krayeski ’65

Joseph W. Krayeski, Naugatuck, CT, died February 26, 2024.

Joe was raised in Naugatuck, attended local schools there and graduated from Naugatuck High School in 1961 prior to earning his Saint Michael’s bachelor’s degree.

Before retiring in 2010, Joe worked for most of his career in New York City and Connecticut as a commodities trader in the copper industry and had the opportunity to travel the world in that capacity. He enjoyed fine dining and watching UCONN basketball and will best be remembered for his strong work ethic and devotion to his family.

Joe is survived by his wife of 59 years, Beverly, two daughters, a sister and extended family.
