Outdoor Volunteer Efforts, one of MOVE's CORE programs, and the Institute for the Environment co-sponsor a free volunteer event for anyone in the SMC community to spend time getting their hands dirty at the Farm!
Math and Statistics Department Colloquium: Student Summer Internship-Research Panel - Students will give presentations about their summer research and internship experiences with interdisciplinary connections to various other disciplines. The 12th Annual Calculus Achievement awards will be presented. Refreshments will be served.
Cy Sloane, Retrospective is an exhibition celebrating the work of the premiere art professor of Saint Michael's College. The show was organized by SMC alumni Jessicam Engels.
The first meeting of SDAA will be held on Friday, Sept. 6 from 6 to 7 p.m. upstairs in Alliot (there is elevator access), we will be touching base about all things community and getting to know anyone who would like to join in! SMC Military Community Services sponsors a Vermont Air National Guard Information Session on Saturday, Sept. 7, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the McCarthy Arts Center Recital Hall.
Join the Mount Hunger Day Hike on Sunday, Sept. 8, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with the Adventure Sports Center. Take a moderate hike to an open summit with amazing views. No experience is necessary and any needed equipment including clothing and boots are provided. Transportation is also provided. Spaces are limited and fill on a first-come, first-served basis. Drop by the Adventure Sports Center on the ground floor of Alumni Hall between 10 and and 3 pm Monday - Thursday to sign up. Cost for this program is $5.
Mountain Leader and Adventure Sports Instructor Information Session om Monday, Sept. 9, from 6:30 to 7 p.m. in the Vermont Room, Alliot Student Center. Discover the Adventure Sports Center Mountain Leader Course. This combination classroom and field program explores trip planning and preparedness, incident management and leadership and serves as the pathway to becoming an Adventure Sports Center Instructor.

Are you a singer and/or beatboxer? Audition for our SATB A cappella group, Sleepless Knights! We're a super fun group of people who love singing and having fun together! As a member of our group, you'll sing, you'll perform, you'll smile, you'll laugh, you'll grow in your musical skills, and you'll become family.
