Join me most Mondays and Thursdays from 12:15pm – 12:45pm in the Meditation room on the third floor of Dion for a mindfulness meditation practice. In these sittings, we will explore different kinds of meditation and practice sitting with an openness to whatever arises in our awareness. The beauty of meditation is that we can come as we are and treat everything as workable, and this begins to spread into our daily lives the more that we practice.
