“BIPOC Arts and U.S. Society" Panel - 30th Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Convocation

On Wednesday, April 6 in the Dion Center Roy Room at 6 p.m. will be a Panel Discussion based on the film Dreamgirls about “Bipoc Arts and U.S. Society.”

The panel will feature Professor Peter Harrigan (Theatre), Professor Nathanial Lew (Music), Professor Inaash Islam (Sociology) and student Kaltuma Ibrahim.

The event part of a host of activities for the 30th Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Convocation Week for the campus community to join. This year’s theme is “Understanding Racial Equity and Rights through Art, Literature and Music.
