Vitaliy joined Saint Michael’s College in the fall of 2023 and brought a wealth of training and experience. Vitaliy began teaching in the 1990s overseas. Since then, he has facilitated the learning of thousands of students on three continents. Vitaliy has led Educational Technology efforts in Vermont since 2007 and earned a doctorate in Education (Ed. D.) in 2022. His research highlighted inclusive technology-enhanced instructional practices that positively impacted the well-being of traditionally marginalized students. As a result, he was awarded funds to start an equity-focused Language Acquisition Program (LAP) at the Burlington School District (BSD). LAP has empowered BSD to achieve extraordinary results in the inclusion of heritage languages and cultures.
