As we near Commencement for the Saint Michael’s College Class of 2025, we are highlighting where our seniors plan to go next and how they’re hoping to use the knowledge they gained at St. Mike’s.

Emily DuFour-Woznicki ’25
Below is a Q&A with Emily DuFour-Woznicki ’25, a Criminology major with an English minor who finished her academic program in December 2024. Her answers have been lightly edited for style and grammar.
Saint Michael’s College: Where has your career/education taken you after graduating from Saint Michael’s College in December?
Emily DuFour-Woznicki: After graduating in December, I began working with VTPrivateye, LLC (VTPI).
SMC: How did Saint Michael’s College support you to get to this point?
EDW: Saint Michael’s supported me in developing my resume and cover letter writing skills. Additionally, I had the opportunity to take courses that sparked my interest and helped guide me toward a career path I am interested in.
SMC: What were you most looking forward to after graduation?
EDW: Starting a career in the criminal justice field and working with individuals affected by the criminal justice system.
SMC: Do you have a career/education goal for the next five years? 10 years?
EDW: Although I don’t have specific plans for the next five or ten years, I hope to continue working in the criminal justice field and supporting individuals who are impacted by it.
