Meghan Haley

Meghan Haley will be joining the Saint Michael’s community on June 1 in the role of Interim Vice President for Enrollment and Marketing. “We are deeply grateful to Jerry Flanagan ’71, who stepped into the interim role to provide transitional support and leadership when Kristin McAndrew departed last month. Jerry will remain in the role until Meghan arrives,” Sterritt and Casey said in their joint communication about the new hires.

Haley most recently served as the Vice President of Enrollment, Marketing and Communications at Rosemont College in Pennsylvania and previously as the Chief Marketing Officer and Assistant Vice President of Marketing at Champlain College in Burlington. She brings over two decades of marketing and higher education experience and is a well-respected enrollment, strategic marketing, and communications leader. She is also the founder of Small Acts of Kindness (smallactsofkindnessvt.com), a grassroots effort to make the community a kinder place.

Haley has committed to serve in the interim role until May 31, 2024 — with the option for the new President of Saint Michael’s (once named) to either shorten or lengthen that term. A search for the permanent Vice President for Enrollment and Marketing will commence in fall 2023. Haley lives in Jericho with her partner, Drew, and potential future Purple Knight, Gabe.

Corbett

Dianne Corbett

In March, Diane Corbett, Director of Financial Services, announced her intention to retire. “Under Diane’s excellent leadership, Student Financial Services renewed its focus on student service, compliance and automation,” President Sterritt said.

“Diane identified both short-term and long-term priorities and led a team effort to improve business processes through system efficiencies and best practice.” Corbett has agreed to continue her work with Saint Michael’s on a part-time basis alongside the College’s new Interim Director of Student Financial Services, Leonard Gude.

Gude joined the Financial Services team Monday, April 17, and will serve as Interim Director role until a permanent director is named. He has more than four decades of financial services experience and has served in interim-level leadership roles for the past seven years. Scott Healy & Associates is conducting the search for a permanent hire.

Stephanie Snell

Stephanie Snell

Stephanie Snell has been hired as the new Director for Alumni and Family Engagement. A graduate of Bentley University, Snell brings director-level alumni engagement experience from her previous position at Norwich University, where she forged and cultivated strong relationships with Norwich graduates and families. She spent much of her early career in advertising with Hill Holiday in Boston before relocating to Vermont with her family.

TS

Terri Selby

Terri Selby returns to the College after spending eight years at St. Lawrence University as Executive Director of Major and Planned Gifts.  She was a successful fundraiser during her time at both St. Lawrence and Saint Michael’s, cultivating and maintaining numerous relationships with alumni, parents and friends. She was a member of the Saint Michael’s Institutional Advancement team from 2000-2015 and returns as a Major Gifts Officer.

Both Snell and Selby started Monday, April 17 as well.
