What inspires students the most in your classes and/or your academic area? The global nature of the French language and it's usefullness in academia, business, and general culture. They love to hear of my travels to France and elsewhere, especially in regards to how beneficial French is when traveling abroad.

What is your favorite class to teach, and why?
Second Semester French. It's rewarding to use the target language more with students; they quickly progress with their learning.
What kinds of unique opportunities are available to students in your classes or department?
A strong cultural appreciation. Truly, a Saint Michael's student can discover the world through the international presence here on campus.
