Saint Michael's College presents Dr. Paul Kivel speaking on "Who do You Stand With? Becoming Allies for Social Justice." This interactive talk will explore how students-all of whom are potential leaders-can participate actively in building an inclusive and just campus, community and society.

Dr. Kivel is the author of numerous books, including, among others, Uprooting Racism: How White People Can Work for Racial Justice (winner of 1996 Gustavus Myers Award for best book on human rights), Helping Teens Stop Violence, Boys Will Be Men, and most recently, You Call This a Democracy?: Who Benefits, Who Pays, and Who Really Decides. Sponsored by the Saint Michael's Athletic Department, Martin Luther King Jr. Society, and the Campaign for Dignity and Diversity.
